Missing P2, P4, P5, and P6 cables from Power Supply?

I'm wondering if the PSU I have right now will work on my computer. This whole situation started when I just wanted to swap my 350 watt PSU from my Dell Vostro 400 computer. I got a 450 watt PSU unit from my friend because he got a new one himself so he gave me his old one, which is this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817148043&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Power+Supplies-_-APEVIA+CORP.-_-17148043

But the problem is that the cables are different... my old PSU had some marked as P2 4,5, and 6 while this one does not. And the ends of each cable are different. The 350 watt PSU had this end http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/?action=view&current=IMG_20101228_213029.jpg
and went into the dvd drive and hard drive http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/?action=view&current=IMG_20101228_213203.jpg
while the other end of the cables are http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/?action=view&current=IMG_20101228_213249.jpg.
Also, the P2 cable http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/?action=view&current=IMG_20101228_213049.jpg
is suppose to go into here http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/?action=view&current=IMG_20101228_213145.jpg
but the 450 watt PSU does not have that cable. So I'm confused, is this just the wrong PSU? Because it is an Atx psu and people told me that is what's needed. The reason why I want to have a new psu is because I got an Nvidia GTS 450 and need a better psu. So what are my options here? Is there some converter? Or do I need an entire new psu because I'm really limited to $30 and I doubt I can get a decent one with that amount.

The entire photo album is here, http://s1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff403/RevoX44/

P.S I'm writing this from my phone (because my computer is open right next to me) so if the links don't work I'm sorry, I will post up different ones if they don't.
