missing dll for an .exe download? PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW HTML!?

so i have a site, khoanyneosr.webs.com and im trying to get the downloads working, and when you open the programs after you unzip them on some computers (2 that i know of both hp if that matters) display that its missing a MSVCP100D.DLL and i have absolutly no clue how to fix it. The programs were made in C++ and then compiled then put up for downloading... what do i do to fix it? thanks in advance.
