I have 3 receiver hooked up

my 6131 and two rented one (6141 and 4100)

We have notice that channel 119 SRC-E is missing completely on the 4100.
but it is there with the 6131 and the 6141.

I have called Bell, but they could not do anything yet.

The only thing I could think of, is that the 4100 does not have the 82 sat connected,
but the channel 119 is an SD channel.

Is that channel on the 82 sat ?

Any clues ?

Should I still complaint to Bell about it ?

thank's for your help

In my case, I'm missing channels 102, 103, 105, 107, 222, 223, 224, 237, 238, 257 and 258. Any pattern?

Some, if not all of those channels are probably region specific channels, meaning that the only way you would receive them is to be in the broadcast area. 222, 223, 224, 237, 238, 257 and 258 are for sure like this. 222 and 223 are only for the Thunder Bay region. 237 and 238 are the Lloydminster channels, only available in that region, and I'm not sure what is on 257 and 258, one of them is CBC Terrace. You should also be missing CHAT out of Medicine Hat. I had it for a few days until it switched to local only.

Yup, lots of local channels.

If you're missing Satellite 82, your 4100 may not be on the switch that the others are. Run a checkswitch, and the channels will either come in, or you'll see that the 4100 isn't attached to the switch.
