Missing Calendar Data after Hot Sync

I have a problem that occurs occasionally on Hot Syncing my Tungsten T3. Sometimes after I hot sync, all my calendar data on my T3 is missing. It syncs with Outlook 2003 on my desktop. If I sync my Tungsten T3 again, the data will reappear. Any ideas why this occurs?
 
I looked in my Hot Sync log after my Tungsten T3 synced and there wasn't any calendar data. I'm getting the following error message "OLERR:03-0024 (0x8000ffff)" Any ideas on what the error message means.
 
Palm Conduit Updatecould be the fix.

However, the T3 was the first device that used Palm generated conduits. Previous devices had used Pocket Mirror supplied by Chapura. I'd recommend that you purchase the conduits from them as they had a lot more experience syncing to Outlook then Palm ever thought of having.
