Missing audio files

Whenever I make an audio recording on my T3, it stays in the internal memory. But when I reset the Palm, I can't see it. I can see and hear the audio recording on the Palm desktop, but I can't see it on the Palm. Anyone know what's going on here?

What do you mean by resetting the Palm? Are you doing a soft reset or hard reset? Why are you doing a reset at all? What happens when you sync your Palm with the desktop? I'm having a hard time understanding your problem.
