Missed my period today ive been trying but feel strange?

I recently got off the pill after 8 years Jan 24th. Got my period Feb 5h. Feb 23rd took an ovulation test and i was so we tried that day. March 1st I had a constant light cramping for 5 days. Got my period again on March 12 (it lasted for a day and a hlaf but was light pink to brown spotting). April 13th I got my period but had no cramps it only lasted for 3 days. May 13th still no period but 2 days ago my breast got really sore nipples especialy they even appear a little fuller. Im geting this knot feeling in my stomach on my right side and it comes and goes almost like a very light cramp or something turned wrong. I do have some back pain and since March have had more frequent urination but I took a test 2 days ago on Wed and it said negative i did however do it in the afternoon and had been going to the bathroom often. Does it sound like im pregnant anyone else experience this? Please give advice
