Missed my Dose of Paroxetine (paxil)

I'm on 40mg of paroxetine which I take at about 7:30 pm. It's 9:30 am now and I'm pretty sure I didn't take it last night. I have to leave for work in an hour. I'm wondering how long do withdrawal symptoms take to show up. I may be getting dizzy already but I could just be paranoid. Should I take it now even though I'm way off on my normal time I take it or just wait?
 
If you can deal with any symptoms that arise from missing your dosage, just wait until tonight to take your next dose. If not, then take 1/2 your normal dosage now and your regular dose tonight.

I sometimes forget to take my pill (20mg), but I just wait until I'm supposed to take my next dose.
