I missed a court date in New York for a misdemeanor AGG UNLICENSED OPERATOR 3rd Degree summons, I assumed I would have been issued a bench warrant for arrest, but after checking e-courts, I came upon this.

Seems odd that they just issue me another date. If I happen to get stopped by the police, will I be arrested? How do I know if I have a bench warrant? Nothing has come in the mail. Lawyers would be very helpful. Thanks.
