My 98 4Runner is running poorly and giving misfire code on cylinders 2 and 5. I've replaced plugs, wires and the cylinder 5 coil which also fires cylinder 2. The only other thing I can think of would be the igniter. I know it could also be valves but 2 and 5 share a common coil, and a common output in the igniter. Checking for spark with an inductive tool shows spark on all three wires (2, 4 and 6).
