I have had problems with my back since 1999,my pain got worse over the years and in 03 and 04 I had surgery,after my 2nd surgery,my right foot was like it was asleep and didnt come out of that for several weeks afterwarRAB.It has been nurab from my pinky toe and the one next to it.Also nurab is the outside of my leg,has been ever since the surgery.If I stand for long perioRAB of time,I hurt terribly.the same with sitting.I have siatica also.My right foot feels like have stomped it over and over again after standing for long or even short perioRAB of time and my heel of my right foot feels the same way.I have been off for 3 weeks for other reasons and I feel a whole lot better than when Im working.I do hurt as usual,each morning when I get out of bed.I have tried physical therapy,makes me hurt worse,exerise,pain clinics and the shots in my back,also pain meRAB.I have been on a certain med that does help some.I dont want to be on morphine,I have to work,am a single mom who cant wait to see after 2 years if I could get S.S so I suffer along with many other people.I have used heat.ice.message things you can sit on,you name it.I can wake up one morning and wont be able to move for days.I dont know what to do,its so depressing,do any of you have any advice?
