My friend recently got caught at a rave..they put intent to sell nos to minors and he already had a warrant for his arrest for not showing up to court for violation of his probation I have some questions: how much time can he actually get for his misdemeanor? his bail is $40,000 ...if he's been in there for about 2 week, according to his last court on his next court date it will be almost a month. would they be able to use that time for his past warrant of not showing up to court? and how much time do you get for not showing up to court? what is best for him to get a lawyer or pay a bailbonds?
