Mirtazapine and/or Buspar. Let them do their job!

A week ago today I started taking Mirtazapine and Buspar for generalized anxiety disorder. The first 3 days were so horrible that I didn't take any on the 4th day. I was lovingly encouraged by a family meraber to give the medications a chance to work. I know from experience that it may take a few weeks to see the full effect of a new rx, but this has been the most difficult. So day 5 came around and I took the dose. Next morning I woke up with a completely different minRABet. I am turning the corner and allowing the meRAB to do their job. Waiting patiently is not my strong suit. I had to take action! Which for me means forcing myself to get out of the house and staying connected with close frienRAB through phone calls or visits. Don't sit around and think about what the meRAB are doing, get up and do something fun! I did and I think I just might be getting better, One Day At A Time. I will never be cured of this anxiety, but I'm taking action to keep it under control. And I hope you will too.
 
I am currently on mirtazapine no buspar it keeps the central nervous system calm but i have luekopenia from the medicine that is a condition that has to do with your white count or something like that make sure you get your blood work done
