mir report help

this is what it says.can someone help me with it and tell me what this all means.there is moderate degenerative change in the l1-l2 disc spaces there is moderate narrowing at bl5-l4 and moderate to significant change at the l5-s1 facet joints there is narrowing of the right si joint with some selcrotic change a long the lilac aspect of the joint with some erosion.what does this all mean and what do they do for it;)
 
so theres no one that can help me unstand this mri would love some help with this please;)
 
Do you have leg pain? Your MRI says that you have narrowing of the spinal column?

One thing that you have to remeraber when an MRI is being interpreted is that sometimes individuals have abnormalities of the spine that is simply due to aging and they have no symptoms. So in order to respond concerning your MRI it would be helpful to know what problems you are having.
 
yes i have real bad leg pain it starts from my lower back and down the right side of my butt and down the leg witch is nurab most of the time.my pain seems to get real bad if i turn from side to side or bend over.cant stand or walk for very long at all or the pain goes nuts.when i get up from a chair or out of bed it is like i cant even move at first.thanks for the help and support;):angel:
