mini dirt bike problem!?

my mini dirt bike wont start its not new ive clean the carb took the whole engine apart and cleaned checked all the electric's and changed the spark plug which is sparking and put petrol directly into the cylinder the pulll start is broken but i was using a drill to turn the flywheel at speed and it still wudn start the exhaust didnt have any heat so it wasnt igniting any ideas?
 
There could be many reasons and no one will give you a definite answer to this on here as they could not without handling the bike and having shed loads more information.
I still think the carb is favourite.
Please believe me if i could even give you a short list of what it could be I honestly would.
The basic principles are that you need air in the right quantity, fuel in the right quantity and a hot enough speark at the right time and it will then run - if you are able check those things and if not take it somewhere where they can.
