Mini Dirt Bike on the street legal?

I own a Mini Dirt Bike with a 50CC 2-Stroke engine and i wanted to know if i could ride it on the streets legally or at least on the bicycle lane.

Any answers will be appreciated...Thanx
 
It's not a bicycle, and doesn't belong in a bicycle lane. At 50cc, it is classed as a "motorcycle". It needs a license plate, and insurance. You need a drivers license to ride it.
The answer is no, It's not legal. You would be stopped and there's a chance the bike would be impounded.
