hi i have a mini dirt bike, recently i have not been able to start it i do not know alot about fixing them, so i took of the engine cover and saw that the flywheel that the pull start cord goes on to start it is warn away. all the teeth have been warn. i am wondering is this what is causing the mini dirtbike not to start.
