MINGW + Boost preprocessor... how compatible?

i've incorrectly assumed that no preprocessor can help me out with iterative declarations, as when i last checked the boost preprocessor, it only gives me the functionality if i include the boost library itself...

now at second glance through it's features, it may be possible. i dunno why i suddenly just noticed it... maybe i was in a hurry before or maybe somebody fixed up the introduction page.... anyways.

can they work to work together, MINGW (of any version) + Boost preprocessor?? i mean, ASSUMING Boost preprocessor can be invoked (sufficiently well) by the compiler through command line?

i don't have to do a lot of porting just to isolate the preprocessor program right?

but then, there's also that issue of compiling it for mingw, but i'll worry about that later.
