If a woman in the military gets a abortion ( of course she has to go to and civilian doctor and pay for it herself ) and say there is a problem that occurs from the abortion and a military doctor treat her to help her fix it? Because in the UCMJ in a way states that a military doctor can not help or aid in an abortion unless rape has occured or it will harm the mother. But if a woman goes out side of the military and does this because she just doesn't want it and has a problem because of it can a military doctor treat her? I know you could just not tell the doctor but in doing so you may not get treated correctly and thus the problem is never solved, or they could find out while they are say working on you or treatin you ( there would be indications of an abortion i am sure ) would they have to stop and in a sense wash there hands of the situation?
