i believe its 30 days paid vacation a year. now this is a dumb question but if i dont use any for a year does that carry over to the next year or do they wipe your slate clean.
It does carry over. But once you reach a certain number of leave days accumulated (I think it was recently changed to 90) some of them become "Use Or Lose" That is, you must use them before the fiscal year is over, or else you lose them.
