My friend's brother joined the military several years ago and will now apparently be applying to get a top secret clearance. If when he enlisted he did not disclose a medical condition he was diagnosed with as an adolescent, but DOES disclose it on the top secret screening form, what is the likely outcome? Is he likely to get a clearance?
