I spoke with tmobile about a month or two ago about canceling my service since i moved out of state and the service was shotty out here where i live now. The gentlemen i spoke to told me we could do a military cancellation and my termination fees would be waved. Now I'm finding out they are wanting to charge me the fee, and are claiming they never said anything about waiving the cancellation fee...I distinctly asked the gentlemen over and over to be sure i would not be charged this fee...now they are changing the story, and wanting to charge me the $200 fee.
Anyone know what direction i should take this? Being Christmas time, I'm tight on money and a $200 bill like this from left field is...less than helpful.
