Hello,
I have searched the board and I found some very valuable information. I am trying to get a medical waiver for a branch of the military. As a child, I was diagnosed with asthma (incorrectly I believe). I am going to go get a methacholine challenge test done (I have already done a spirometry).
Could you tell me:
1) Approximately how much does this test cost?
2) Should I be meeting with a pulmonologist after the test to review the information, or will the military know what the results mean?
3) Can a primary care physician do the referral for this test?
thanks!
