Ok, so my husband and I have been separated for over a year. We have two kids together, & he does not pay child support. I have spoken to his chain of command to set up an allotment for the kids. I have been dealing with his chain of command for over a year & still have had no results, I feel like I'm going in circles. I found myself in a situation where my car broke down & rent, bills, and with no help from him its been a very difficult situation. He recently got demoted which now he gets paid less obviously, also he moved back into the baracks & his commander allowed him to still collect his bha, and the kids are still left without a dime. I need to talk to someone who will actually do something about it no bullshit around like his chain of command has for so long. Is there anyone that can help me...?
GRAYWOLF...I have a job, I'm just trying to get a deadbeat dad to do his JOB. I didn't have these kids by myself, Its a shame the military sticks up for these kind of men, damn shame. I don't want spousal support the kids need child support smart ass.
