Military Grade Cell Phones Who makes Them? / Which are the best?

Hi all. Im looking for info on the best military grade cell phones
that meet mil standard 810f or better. Need to find the most rugged cell phones money can buy.

The most secure are WM smartphones made by General Dynamics. Use GSM, CDMA and WiFi. Don't know the cost.

Mike phones are military grade.... Telus in canada sell them and Boost & Nextel sell them....
