military equipment in POVs?

he leaders in my unit rely on soldier's POVs a lot. i've been lucky enough to dodge details like that. but sooner or later I'm going to get tasked. is there a regulation about transporting military equipment in POVs? i don't mind small stuff but I'm not going to shove foot lockers full of commo equipment into my backseat. can I say no?
 
there isn't a regulation per se but just make sure you are re-embersed for fuel and the de-value of your car (your car goes down in value with the more miles you have on it). if you voluteer it is one thing but make sure they have their facts straight before you follow an order that cost you money
