Military Comments for a webpage?

Is there a Military page where you can leave comments about it that will be read and/or reviewed? I want to leave comments about things that I'm wittnessing around on base where I live for the Marines because everytime I ask someone to have it fix, I'm constantly fed BS ecxuses and no one will do anything about it. I guess they prefer to sit on their asses rather getting the shit done that they are suppose to or helping out others. Yes, I know its government and rules and such but still, some of the things that go on is completely uncalled for. If you can't answer or don't have an answer then please don't leave a comment. I'd prefer to have no answer then alot of more BS answers. THanks

P.S I am grateful for our men and women fighting for us, they gived so much everyday for us!

If you want some serious and good answers, please provide the name of the base and a few of the details on these problems. Also your relationship to the Base.
