mild discomfort in left arm & sharp chest pain?

ok folks heres the deal im only 26, but the past few days ive had a real pain in my stomach & occassionaly a mild discomfort in my left arm which comes & goes & the other day I took 2 really sharp pain in my chest but quickly passed never had any since like & even last night I took a pain in between my shoulder blades which is still there today. do you think its anything to b concerned about
