Where is the Steelers crew at? I think Tomlin will be a good fit, and he already made his first good move by keeping LeBeau as Defensive Coordinator. ibnoonecares

I think its cool, I read somewhere that grimm (Oline coach) that went for head coaching job quit because he didnt get it?

Hopefully Tomlin improves the Oline and secondary

I know I read he was one of the finalists, so I guess after not getting it he moved on to find a possible head coaching job somewhere else.

Yes we need some big improvements in the secondary, Oline some but not nearly as much as the secondary. Hopefully we can pick up a few players to fill some voids in there. I'm glad they chose a guy with good defensive roots to be the new head coach, and a guy who understands the importance of the ground game in Pittsburgh. I think Tomlin + LeBeau = watch out AFC offenses. Hopefully he has some scouting skills, but since he did coach DBs at Tampa Bay during the Super Bowl year things look good on the improvement of that secondary.

Hah yeah, I was brought up a Steeler fan as most of my family is from there, I'm originally from cincy so I get all the shit from whiney bengals fans who don't realize that even though Carson Palmer is Jesus Christ to people in Cincinnati, their team is not good enough to play in or win a super bowl yet.

Edit: Nice av and quote
