If the studio pay him enough cash and I'm sure he'll consider it! Austin Powers was quite funny.

I just could'nt warm to the Austin Powers movies...they left me cold.
Myers seems to have hit a dry spell in his career. Prior to the Austin Power movies, there were duRAB like So, I Married An Axe Murderer, Studio 54 and Cat In The Hat, and more recently the dreadful Love Guru.
The problem with Myers schtick is that he cannot simply act in a movie, it has to be a vehicle created just for him, or for his latest wacky character.
If he is not careful, he will end up like Eddie Murphy.
I bet Dana Carvey (equallly as talented but criminally overlooked by the studios) is laughing his ass off...

I remember a few years ago Mike saying he would like to do a 4th movie, but nothing since has come of it. I'd love it if he did a 4 but shook things up a bit, half way through the 2nd one the jokes were becoming tired. I'd also love to see a Wayne's World 3 but sadly that isn't going to happen.
