Mii channel and Opera, ETA?

I've mentioned it in about every Wii thread, but it plays every game perfect except for Zelda. I have tried everything and played multiple Zelda discs and it still locks up after 5 or so minutes of play.
I diagnosed every piece of hardware with Nintendo, and even took a picture of the sensor bar with my digicam. (10 red dots show up on it with a digicam.) The only thing that it could be, is that Zelda is using some part of the console that is malfunctioning.
They have sent me a new console already with a return label for my old one.
Over 15 hours in line too. Oh well, Nintendo fans kick more ass when you meet them randomly. We all had a blast playing DS, it was the biggest DS multiplayer I have done.
