I may be getting my first smartphone. My current plan is on ATT, but I would really like the Google LG Nexus 4. Unfortunately, it only comes unlocked, and that seems to be more expensive considering I don't even have a data plan. Should I just get a phone with a contract, like the HTC One X or Galaxy S2, or spend a bit more money and get better quality with the phone I'd love with the Nexus 4?
Might buy an unlocked phone?
