so i got a court summons of a debt i owe to midland funding from a credit card from a year ago and their coming after me to sue me for $1000. I am disabled and on SSI all i have in my name is a car since im disabled i was told they cant take my car is that true? and im planning to get a title loan on it so they dont take it and if i got a loan on the title can they still take it from the title company? i need to know what Idaho law is on car repossession and if a collection agency can take a dissabled persons car if it has or does not have a title loan on it?
midland funding LLC can they come after a disabled person and his car?
