middle back & lower back problem

hi,
i am suffering fm lowerback terrible pain A well as middle back pain ,i am unable to sit for more than 10minutes,have tried everything from physio,accupressure, homeopathy ,ayurvedic for quite sometime but nothing seems to work.any suggestions i am thirty.this started when i was 27yrs.:)
 
Hello and welcome to the board, "Cuty". I am new myself and wanted to ask you a few questions, in order to better understand your condition. Have you had any x-rays or a MRI performed? If so, what were the findings or the impressions? Do you take any medication(s) for your condition? Have you had any back surgeries? Have you visited a neurosurgeon or spinal specialist? it was nice of u to send the message. yes i have done x- rays as well as MRI . X-rays showed spondylolysis at L5 . MRI reports showed minimal diffuse posterior annular bulge of L4-l5 disc.also annular bulge at c5.
I just did ayurvedic message treatment known as panchkarma wherein warm oil is slowly poured on the partthat hurts.my pain subsided only for 2 days & now it is back to normal.My physio had put me on capsules gabapin,naroday , proxytab for a month.it was a relief.
but when medication duration was over pain has come back.nowadays with back pain even neck pain is becoming severe .i am unable to look down .

Are you able to see an orthopedic spine surgeon in your country? this would be a bone doctor that specializes in spine care (very common here in the US as are neurosurgeons). I'm not sure what kind of care you have available to you.
