Mid-Back Pain when looking down

I have had for the past 4 days mid back pain when I look down. It hurts more as i look down more and more. I'm 15 and have no prior injuries. Any suggestions? Also in the morning it hurts more maybe its because the problem is a muscle that is stiff?
 
I have just been having the same type of problem. I know when I went in to see the Dr., she had me look down, with my chin at my chest, to see if that caused pain. When it did...and she did a few other tests, she said that she thought I was having muscle spasms and I am going to try taking a muscle relaxer. Have you seen a Dr. yet? If you don't seem to get better, you should see someone. I find that ice tenRAB to help temporarily, so maybe you could give that a try and take an anti-inflamatory, such as aleeve etc.

Well it's getting better, I really dont feel like spending $10 to go see the doctor not that it's the $ but I've been there for every little thing lately.
 
I would watch it, try the anti-inflammatory, try heat/ice, and see how you are feeling in a couple of weeks. If it goes longer than that then I would see your family doctor.
