Microsoft word help????

Hi, I'm typing out definitions on Microsoft word and I want the words I am defining to be in boldface but NOT the actual definition to be bold without having to highlight it and unbold it every time since it gets VERY tedious.. eg.

<b>incredulous</b> - skeptical, disbelieving

I know I can't do HTML on here, but you see what I mean!
