Microsoft 8000 Mouse reciever paired with phone?

I have recently bought the samsung flight (http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/mobile/mobile-phones/at-t-phones/SGH-A797ZSAATT/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail) and I also own a bluetooth mouse which is the Microsoft 8000 mouse. I would like to know if i could pair the microsoft 8000 mouse reciever with the phone so that I could move files from the computer to the phone. I know that it is possible to move the files from the phone to the computer using a bluetooth adapter. I just dont know about with a bluetooth mouse reciever
