microscopy and micrometry for biology CONVERSION FACTORS?

I need to know what the conversion factor is for when you use the 100x objective lens.

The 10x lens has a conversion factor of 10um/o.u.

and The 40x lens has a conversion factor of 2.5 um/o.u.

I believe the 100x has a conver. factor of 1 um/ou but I dont know how many ocular units or stage units it has. Thanks so much
