I'm not a huge computer whiz, so bare with me here. Ive been trying to record myself playing computer games using Wegame. The way Ive gotten it set up is to play what my microphone hears through my speakers so that Wegame records it, as well as the games audio. The problem is that when it records my voice it is really quiet. I have to talk loudly in order for it to register, and alot of the time the games audio overpowers my voice.
Looking into it, this is also a problem in other applications like skype, where the other person can barely hear my voice when I speak, or ventrillo, where they have to increase my volume in order to hear me.
So I went into my settings and increased the microphone boost to maximum, but it didn't help much. I don't really know what information to give, other than that I am using Windows 7 and my audio manager is Realtek HD.
So, how do I make my microphone louder?
