Miami Dolphins lose at the end of the Monday night game due to poor clock mangment?

They controlled the ball most of the game. But when the Dolphins were down by 4 points with three minutes to go, why would they run the ball till the 2 minute warning and then not have enough time to drive down the field?

What is wrong with the coach? Worse clock management ever?
