I live in Utah and visit this quaint Mexican cafe called La Puente. They have this soup-like salsa that they have on the table when you arrive. They keep it in a ketchup bottle and it's cold, but spicy as heck.
It's a thick sauce mixture, and isn't chunky like Pico de Gallo. I know it isn't authentic, but it's delicious.
Does anyone know a traditional Mexican restaurant salsa recipe?
