MetroPCS vs Virgin mobile?

Here are the 2 most cheapest phone services. No one really seems to have virgin mobile so i'm guessing that's for a reason....a lot of people have metro but people seem to call it ghetto and refer to it as Ghetro, but a lot of people have been switching to it...anyway basically i'm just wondering which one is better...better phones, better coverage....etc. OH! and also which has better web...people with metro have said it's really slow and cannot do everything most smart phones can do. and my friend w/ virgin mobile says the picture quality on facebook SUCKS..so which one has better web? thank you ;D
