Metro PCS Vs. Boost Mobile?

I live in Long Island NY. I current have sprint and i am happy with them most of the time. I need to downgrade to sudden expectations. Boost mobile you can shrink your bill over time. Metro pcs has a better selection of phones. If i go with boost i am going to get the Blackberry Curve it's the best phone they offer.

Witch one should i go with ?
How is the service ?
Are new phones coming to boost mobile ?
