metro pcs......samsung finesse HELP?1?!?!?

ok I have a samsung finesse phone from metro pcs...i have a problem though, when i download pictures or music from funformobile.com....i cant snd it to anyone...it says it is copyright protected...but everyone who does download things from there are able share their things....

i was wondering if mayb there is something i have to change?...or something..please hel me
