...Was that too soon? Was at a friend's party in the city and one thing led to another: I met this great girl where the attraction was definitely mutual. I got her number, but she ended up asking me back to her place right then and there, so I went. Spent the whole night together and when we got up in the morning she was still adorable and asked if I could stay longer. I'm a sap and awkward and I legitimately had stuff to do later that day, so I gave her my number and told her I was off. We said we'd make plans, and she sounded excited. When I got home I was in a lot of pain waiting so long to get a hold of her. I broke sometime later that night, around 9 o'clock (we last saw each other around noon), and asked her if she found her way back okay (she was unfamiliar with the area) and we started to text but I didn't feel so sure about it anymore.
I guess what I'm asking is this: did I get a hold of her too soon? did I come off as desperate? And should I wait a little more before I contact her again, or just be a man and go ahead with it making plans for next time we're both free? I think she legitimately liked me as she even said she wanted to know me better and would die if it just stayed as a one-night deal. I'd rather not blow it though and be overbearing. Help
