Messed up on Ebay... PLZ HELP ME!!!?

I just got Ebay a few days ago and was seeing how everything worked. I clicked by on something, just seeing how it all worked. I seen that I actually bought it, so then in my bought section I removed the item, but I just received it. I do not have the money for it, what should I do? Can I get in trouble, I mean obviously you must list your address, can the person get me in trouble?
That just says to retract bid, this isnt a bid, I alredy have the item.
