Hello everyone...i am either having an anxiety/panic attack or my greatest fear is coming true i have cancer..this week its oral cancer and i am so freaked out!
I had a massage last Monday and thats when all of this started! I have a lump or the feeling of one anyways in my throat my neck is tight and i am constantly checking my mouth for sores and such...my lips are chapped from biting them and so are the inside of my cheeks...for 2 days I had really bad jaw pain and dark circles under my eyes( the circles are finally gone)....I am also always checking my necks for bumps or swollen glanRAB.....
I am so mad at my self for letting this happen after so long I havent had an attack in almost 2yrs...why no why
oh by the way I HATE WINTER!!!! being stuck in the house drives me nuts!
