I will graduate this year, I want to study Computer Science Engineering.
I live in a third world country and I would really like to study in USA or in Europe the problem is that I need to get a scholarship for that and my grades have never been good
however
I now how to code in C, Perl, PHP, Javascript,
I have a lot of opensource projects that people actually use,
I have 2 highly visited websites,
I have used Linux since I'm 14 and I will try to take the LPI test,
I practice track and field almost every day (that is why I don't have time to study
)
I don't know if any good university would see me as a potential student event tho I have low grades.
