Mercury digital keychain frame transfer help?

Ok i got a 1.5" digital keychain frame and it is sooooo hard to put pictures on it. I cant use PhotoViewer to do it because it keeps saying no photo viewer is found..Program terminated. Like wtff i tried so many times.
 
Check this link for complete instructions and technical support. You will need a CD which you will have to request from technical support. You will also need a special USB cable and instruction book.
