Stronger in what respect? The E-Claa is a superior vehicle in terms of engineering and is much safer to drive and offers better protection in a collision. The Ram is a medium/heavy pick-up with a diesel engine or V-10 petrol. It has lower engineering standards, as befits it's heritage, and the two do not compete in the same market.
The E-Class is better as a normal car. The Ram would be a better load hauler, and off-road (though it is not too great at either role) but would cost more to run.
In short, a difficult question to answer though reliability favours the E-class too.
