MEPS - broken bones disclosure?

I've broken both bones (ulna & radius) in both of my arms.
My recruiter told me that because I believe it causes me no limited range of movement or problems, that I don't have to disclose the fact that I've broken them at MEPS.

His exact wording was that all the MEPS doctors are trying to do is disqualify me from jobs - which IS true, in a negative sense - and that it's up to me whether or not to tell them about having broken my arms.

BUT, I've heard that if I intentionally leave anything out of my medical history, and the military later finds out about it, I can get in all kinds of trouble for it.

What should I do?
Please answer only if you have some kind of military or MEPS experience - don't just guess.
